For conferences and special events, the Napier RSA is right across the road. The Cosmopolitan Club and Oceans Restaurant is one block along the road, while the War Memorial Conference Centre is a pleasant three quarters of a kilometre stroll along the seaside walkway.
For sports events, we are less than one kilometre from McLean and Nelson parks, and at the end of the activities freshen up at your motel which is within 300 metres of watering holes and eateries for all tastes, while a half kilometre will get the “culturally minded” to the Napier Municipal Theatre.
Look out your window during Art Deco week and you will be convinced you have been transported to the 1930s, such is the number of passers-by in period costume and vintage cars. We are right in the midst of it all!
