Cancellation Policy

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 48 hours notice prior to 2pm on the day of arrival, of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 3 days of your arrival may incur a charge.

 

Child Policy

Children using existing beds in the Twin Studio and 1 Bedroom Family unit will be charged the extra person rate of $20 per night.

 

Other

Guests arriving later than 20:30 must contact the motel prior to arrival to arrange an after hours check-in. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.
