Ideally situated just off the centre of Napier, the hotel was easy to find and we are made most welcome. The room was perfect for our stay, plenty of room and a really nice shower. Marine parade was just a minute away. Lots of excellent restaurants and attractions within a five minute walk. We will definateley be back when we have more time to take a more leisurely break in Napier

A member of the Bella Vista chain this motel was recommended to us by native Kiwi’s. They stated that the standard was high and could be relied upon. They were not wrong. This Motel is situated a short comfortable walk from Napier city and only seconds from Marine parade if you llike a stroll. The motel overlooks commercial premises but resides well within its own space and there were no noise problems. WiFi 5 dollars a day. Room was excellent with large comfortable bed, en suite, small well equipped kitchenette(microwave) and small but appropriate dining table. Staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned to the highest standard. Highly recommended book with confidence!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed at the Bella Vista in Napier for 2 nights in the cheapest double room on offer. It by far exceeded all expectations and was without doubt the best motel we had stayed at during our 3 weeks in NZ. Very friendly owners, room had everything you needed and was cleaned daily. Pictures on the website do not do it justice at all. Highly recommended!!!

Can’t beat the very central location of this good-value motel. Excellent service from the very friendly staff, also appreciated being allowed to leave car in hotel carpark for a few hours after check-out. Rooms were a bit small, but very comfortable and clean, perhaps could do with some updating of facilities ( flat screen TV, wireless internet ).

Thanks again to the staff for a wonderful stay!

    Thanks for the lovely review DannoPants! Flat screen TV’s are the number one item on our “ToDo” list… as the prices continue downwards we are getting closer to achieving this. We have offered WiFi as well as LAN-based ADSL2 Broadband connection since we purchased the business in December 2008. We prefer the “wired” connection, as it is noticably faster, and offers greater security.

Family run and near to beach and shops. The RSA Club is opposite which serves good food and some nights entertainment.  The owners are very helpful.   We booked a studio room which was ideal for a couple of nights. The bathroom was very good and had an heater.  They (Mini Studio’s)  have a toaster and kettle.  All rooms have own car parking space..

Lovely people, great unit, excellent bed, linen and stacks of pillows, AND a heated towel rail, all within a short walk to the city centre.
